This looks like horizontal sync signal not making through properly or clean enough. Keep checking these components that was wet from the capacitor juice.

There is a POT that seems to have some corrosion on it. I have to assume those can be effected as well.
I'll try to find it in the schematics and see what it's for.

I found a few bad components around there including a cap that had leaked.

I haven't had the time to get back into it. It's not the easiest monitor to disassemble and reassemble 😀

Please post here if you have any luck though.

Need to inspect all the capacitors to make sure there is no corrosive juice leaking out. Usually from brown ones.

No better source of information than this - my MultiSync 3D has the same problems as described - previously it had collapsed vsync, it was repaired but now has this problem... my ADHD stims turned me into CRT-repairing superhuman, so after like 4 years I finally have energy for this problem... recapping neck board now...
