Win 7 - Q6600 cpu:

I am trying to install a game (America - No peace beyond the line) local German game.
When running setup it did no start, even though the process ran in background. I used resmon utility and apparently there was an NVContainer process ( Nvidia related) that was blocking the installation. Now it runs, but the install shield wizard progress bar goes quick to 99%, then it stays ~ 2 minute at 100% percent, then disappears and nothing happens. INS5576 and ISDEL processes are running in the background, but they are not blocked by anything.
The installer works on my Win 98 PC, but i don't have minimum specs, so yea.
I've tried with other games of the same era and the installation process works fine.

Solutions are welcome!
