I have the bios for an Asus VL/i-486SV2GX4 Rev 2.0 motherboard the problem is all the sites I went to only have the bios file as a .BIN type and no extra bios flashing utilities, how do I flash it from dos?

I found a Willem PCB50B EPROM programmer it's not USB it's parallel which is good by me but would this programmer be compatible with a W27C512 EPROM, I've never used a programmer before.

Sorry to ask can I get a quick reply as the buyer is waiting for my reply

It might. from website : Supports Win9X, Me, XP, NT, 2000 and VISTA operating systems. So not for Win7 or higher, also: USB Cable (for power supply) so requires external power....
