Any idea what code I’m getting? Can’t tell if this is 8, 10, or 12 beeps 🤣.

8 beeps. You can hear the initial 2 ones (error), 8 beeps (code), then "noise" which is actually RAM test tick on fast CPU, then another 2 beeps (another error, CMOS battery or just asks for F1). So if there's no picure I would try another video card, even ISA one if need be becuase these 486PCI mobos were not exactly stellar when it comes to PCI. Later, more advanced cards can easily confuse the chipset/BIOS and it won't work.

Thanks, I’ll try some different video cards. But yah so far not getting any video. And I only get the beeps every other boot.

I'd interpret the beeps as 1 long (no real gap, so maybe they implemented a long beep as two short beeps with no gap, which leaves a small glitch), 8short, followed by 2 short. This: http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/amibeep.htm says 1 long-8 short is video adapter, and I assume those are followed by two beeps for POST fail.

Apparently I don’t have any ISA vga adapters, how’d that happen. I’ve tried a half dozen known working PCI display adapters and still the same beep code at post. Not looking good.

Okay finally got something! I cleaned the PCI slot best I could, tossed in an ET6000, and it posted!

Well. I've switched from AMI to Award BIOS on this motherboard.

I’ve read this is the way to go, I’ll give it a shot.

Ugh, back to where I started, no post, 8 beeps. I removed the Dallas chip and soldered in a socket and replaced with a new Dallas. I was able to post so I shut it down for lunch. Came back and no go.

Okay probably just a grounding issue, seems to be booting reliably now and with the Award BIOS. Now to figure out jumpers for an AMD 5x86.
