Hi, I have an old P233MMX which has a Tekram DC-390F SCSI Adapter (HD + CDROM). I installed the official Tekram drivers for that adapter but they consume way too much memory:

1ASPIUWF.SYS 32k (ASPI)
2TRMCD.SYS 17k (CDROM)
3MSCDEX.EXE 39k (can be replaced with SHSUCDX)

Does anybody know if other drivers (preferably with a lower memory footprint) work for this adapter?

On https://www.hiren.info/downloads/dos-files, I found this one "AMD PCscsi ASPI Manager (Qlogic Fast!SCSI Basic, Tekram DC-390, Dawi DC2964F)" but the ASPI driver (AMSIDA.SYS) does not detect my adapter. I don't know if that driver works exclusively for DC-390 while I have a DC-390F. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Just reallocate them in UMB/XMS using devicehigh= an lh in your config.sys and autoexec.bat or use high memory manager?

I already do that but I wanted to know if I could save even more valuable KBs with alternative drivers 😉 Another option would be to ditch the SCSI drives...
