As I like to build my retro projects period correct plus I like fancy drives, I tried to unearth some timeline for the iomega Zip drives.

That's what I have been able to find out so far:
Zip 100 - introduction around 1994
Zip 250 - introduction around 1999
Zip 750 - introduction around 2002
ZipCD 650 - introduction around 1999

Can anyone (maybe with a stock of old PC Mags) help to verify this?
I am specially interested when the internal drive versions were launched to market!

Building my own PCs since 1991 - for my retro builds it's "no CF-disks, no Floppy emulators, no modern cases etc.", only the real and authentic stuff whenever possible.

Not sure on the 100, but the others seem about right -
