Need help identifying TMC 386 Board

Hi! I'm trying to find the model and jumper settings for this 386 33/40 TMC motherboard, I searched nearly the entire internet but only found 7 TMC 386 boards and none of them match mine, and this also seems the only one with an ETEQ (Cougar?) chipset from TMC. The board comes with no model or brand markings whatsoever except for the 3 C's behind the isa slots.

Brand is TMC, or TMC Research Corporation or Taiwan Mycomp Co.
BIOS string ID is: 30-0400-ZZ1291-00101111-050591-ET/386H-8

Damn, looks like this board is probably the last of it's kind then. Does anybody know about the ETEQ Cougar chipset? Seems alot less rare. I'm looking for what TAG it takes, i've seen most other ETEQ chipsets taking 2 16k x 4 for all sizes, 32kb to 256kb. If i can be sure that all boards with Cougar chipsets take 2 16k x 4 TAGs for every cache size then that would make the puzzle alot easier.
