Hi everybody,
That's it, i'm out of idea any more. Few days ago i bought Intel 486 DX4-100, on PKM-0033S Motherboard, with everything else on it. VGA, LAN, Sound card, hdd, ... Of Course, i installed WIN98SE, then i installed LAN (DFE-530TX), and everything was easy after (i have one xp machine that i connect via lan to all my new machines). From the start, mouse didn't work. I tried 5 different brackets on MBO COM ports, 3 different mouses, but it didn't wanted to work. I successfully installed PCI serial Card (moschip), but mouse didn't work (tried to disable COM ports on MBO also) on those COM ports either. Then i found old usb2.0 pci controller with VIA chip, and installed that usb controller, but everything i have connected to all of usb ports, PC didn't see at all. No connecting sound, no new hardware found, no new entries in device manager (maybe it's faulty, but everything was right in device manager). I'm out of any new ideas, so i'm begging anyone who has some idea what could be the problem, or having some solutions.
Thanks in advance.
