Any one know anything about this controller ? And is there any tools for config it in dos? As it does not have any jumpers except the small one, which I dub it’s for configure 4 drives size’s.

I'd take a guess at the jumpers being drive 1,2,3,4 or 0,1,2,3 set on or off for 5.25 or 3.5. Looks about 7 years too old for any kind of plug and play.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

I don't think you need a config utility for that controller. It is most likely similar to the original IBM floppy controller: The FDC chip itself supports four drives, but the IBM variation of the Shugart bus only supports 2 drives (on a single cable), so IBM equipped the card with two floppy cable connectors, each meant for two drives: One connector is the internal one, made as card-edge connector, and the other one is for up to two external drives, using the 37-pin D-type connector on the slot. Your card has the alternative option of connecting the second set of two drives internally using the pin header next to the D-type connector. The BIOS will recognize which drives are connected, and likely assign them the BIOS drive numbers 0,1,2,3. To use more than 2 floppy drives in DOS, you likely need to use DRIVER.SYS to make the extra drives available.

A dump of the BIOS might help to uncover what kind of jumpering might be possible on that card, and what kind of drives the BIOS will support properly.
