Noticed a damaged tantalum cap on a Intel 16 bit ISA NIC I got. It seems to be tied to the shield of the 10Base2 coax connector: I looked up the Philips chip that handles that capability but the datasheet doesn't mention what value the cap should be (unlike the 10Base2 chip on the 3com NIC I have). The markings on the cap don't match any cap value convention I've see. Any ideas of what value I need to get?
