Depends. Max clock - Samsung UCCC/LCCC. Lowest timings - Infineon CE-5 and some Micron 5B-D chips (very hard to find these days, even Crucial). Keep in mind that none of them can be compared to legendary Winbond BH or Samsung TCCD.

The main problem is that i'm using 246x11, I had obviously to lower the ddr frequency and now, despite it should be 205 mhz (5/6 divisor), every program show it is something between 180 and 190 mhz, that make me loose like 300 mb of memory bandwidth.
If I use the 200 mhz (1\1 divisor) I get like 5200mb\s, while with the divisors is goes down to 4800.

Also I spent some months watching for some bh5, but I didn't find any, are almost impossible to find used nowadays?

That's because memory dividers are tied to CPU multiplier and will act differently, depending if it's even or uneven number.

There's a good chance to find them in early Kingston HyperX 3200/3500 modules, without "A" letter on the end. You can find BH-6 in a lot of ordinary modules though.

They had a lot of revisions and each revision had different chips. 5.x is probably PSC.

I saw that the cpu is able to reach 2700 mhz with just 1,25V, but I can't find a proper divisor to keep the memory between 200 and 205 mhz since it needs a even multiplier to keep the divisors work as intended.

Probably 12x / 225 HT / 11:12 RAM divider (183 Mhz)

Mh probably on 939 it works in a different way.

Anyway I found the sweetspot at 250x11, with 5/6 divider, it gives 196,5 mhz.
I also found a kit of 512x2 of tccd, it seems that it was the gold standard for that era, sticks with 1gb don't use premium modules.

Bump, I started to mess with this pc again.
Earlier I used a Geforce GTX 650 Ti 1gb.
Yesterday I received a couple of GTX 260 extreme (the 216 sp version) and a GTX 275.
Edit: later a gtx 750 ti 2gb

I tried all 3 cards with the opteron overclocked to 2725 mhz.
I am adoing some tests with Doom 3 and X3TC, both with aa 8x and af 16x, the result i'm getting are disappointing.
Apparently the older cards are as much as fast with the new ones, the main difference is the watt consumed, here are the results so far:
