The card is sold on aliexpress for 25 - 30dollars.
I was looking at this video, where the right driver is shared, it has many drivers and only one works ok for it:

Seems that it works, and its a nice thing if you need to copy files from your retro pc to your Newer Pc.

I have some questions tho regarding that card:
1) this can´t be set to boot from usb right?
2) in a retro pc , i can copy from USB and also copy TO usb ?
3) can i run a game that is saved on the USB drive? or i need to copy it first to the C:\ drive?

Don't have this card (yet) but what I have seen in a couple of youtube videos is that you can't boot from it. But you can copy and run games from it (not very fast though).
