I got this little gem as part of a computer purchase. I understand the J38700DX is fairly uncommon. I have never seen one in person before. It tests just fine with the IEEETEST program. I understand C&T had a diagnostic diskette with a program called SMDIAG. Anyone know where a copy of this can be obtained from?

Since Intel bought C&T in 1997 the odds of finding that diag prog are rare imho....Bitsavers did get all the datasheets but that one is missing: http://www.bitsavers.org/components/chipsAndTech/

Odd no datasheet for that chip yet there is for much older products but everything was on FTP back then. Sorry I tried a quick search but nothing.
Maybe someone else will have better luck.
