Hello everyone

I just received a Shuttle HOT 419 R3. (The R3 part is important.)

Unfortunately the two resistor arrays required to configure the CPU type are missing. They are located directly beside the CPU socket (to the right and top). There is a very good picture of the board over on Ulimateretro. Since all pictures I could find on the net are taken from above it is impossible to make out any type code or value. And I don't want to go trial-and-error as not to damage the board.

Can someone who owns this board help me out? From the manuals (also see Ultimateretro) it looks like these may just be four jumpers combined in a 8-pin resistor array package. If so, how are these called? I have no idea what to look for. 😁

Please note that I am based in Europe.

Thanks!

Jens

Yep, these are "quadruple" jumpers. They are hard to get today but you can replace them with 4 single jumpers.
Or you can build your own, like I did here:

Yet another over-engineered solution, 😉 but I got rewarded with a working board! Yay. 😊
(Yes, I know, that cap desperately needs replacing. It's on the list.)
