Would be cool to see comparison shots of TR1, TR1 with Texture Pack and TR:A comparison shots on the GliDOS homepage.

Yeah, that would be interesting. For these atmospheric open space views I'd imagine Aniversary would win hands down. But it would be interesting to bring out some of the many places where the TRX artists have brought out beautiful fine detail.

Tomb Raider Anniversary doesn't have "next generation content" effects so it looks way worse than Tomb Raider Legend 🙁

I don't understand it... I expected anniversary to be better or at least the same quality. 🙁

I wish there was a patch for turning on "next generation content" in Tomb Raider Anniversary.

Also the game is not going to be released on Play Station 3 nor XBOX 360. It is only for Play Station 2. Why do they make a game that is whole generation behind the previous product?

Considering the PS2 is still a bestseller, it doesn't take much to understand the choice behind it.

For what it's worth, I've been playing the PS2 version of TRA for a few days now. It looks just as gorgeous as TRL on this system, if not better. I can't comment on the infamous (and reportedly buggy) next-gen option of TRL for PC, since my graphic card doesn't support shader 3. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I suppose.

Its also a great game, in my oppinion. They really have captured the atmosphere and game play of the original without being anywhere near just a boring copy.
