I know there are such devices for Amiga machines, but what about PCs? I mean is there such a Gotek that you are able to connect to a Parallel, Serial, SCSI port or via PCMCIA?

You can buy USB-34pin floppy adapter and then connect floppy/Gotek to PC via USB. Doesn't make sense at first thought, but still a viable solution in certain scenarios.
