I have a CD-IN cable ) going from my IDE CD-ROM into my SBLive!, I need to know the color orientation on both ends!

No, the 3 holed cable (on both ways) that has only 2 colored wires (Red and White, the middle has no wire):
I need to know what orientation I insert it, into my end of CD-ROM and also the SBLive!

Take a close look at the CD_IN header on the SBLive. There should be R and L markings just below the plastic part. Usually, L is closer to the card's metal bracket.
Match the connector wires going to R and L on the card to the corresponding pins on the CD-ROM drive.
