i have the Windows 98 installed.. but no battery notification bar percentual.. is there any program for it?

There's an option to show the power meter icon. Should be in power management.

Is the laptop plugged in or are you actually running off the battery? The icon probably won't appear unless the computer's using the battery.

the battery is plugged and works more or less 20 minutes

I didnt see that option. But on setup, i must use '\pi' argument\ command on Windows setup
