I think this is correct.
I got FEAR and both expansions and all 3 list the exact same download size which indicates that installing one installs all of them.

Quake 2 - The same I mentioned earlier.

Wolfenstein - I bought it from Ireland. For some reason it was cheaper than picking one up locally. Came with manual, the disc is in decent condition.

DIRT - today's pick up on the monthly vintage market. The box and cover is damaged, the manual and disc is in decent condition.

C&C 3 - today's pick up, same as DIRT. It seems to be an Australian version, which is a little odd, because It's as far as a country can get from us without leaving Earth. I can't imagine how did it get here. Missing manual (and bonus disc if it supposed to have one), only came with the ad sheet for some mobile games, had to find a key online. Otherwise the box is in decent condition, the disc is like a new.

Descent: FreeSpace - The Great War nos sealed big box. I really wanted the US version even though as an european it would have been easier to track down an UK version, but this is one of those rarer cases where I personally like the US cover art more than the UK/EU cover art, usually it's the other way around when they aren't identical. I just love how the nose of ol' lucy is on the front and the rest can be seen by opening the flip cover.

Also that "you are here" pointing to a tiny speck, they sure made the most of the only really large ship in the game 🤣

I actually made a nostalgia purchase today, grabbing something I genuinely loved when I was a kid.

It's in great condition, and whoever sold it included a burnt copy of the Craftsman truck expansion.

I'm a proud owner of this and Freespace 2.

I just wanted to let the world know, yet again, that Freespace 2 is the best space sim ever made and possibly one of my top three favorite games of all time.

Yep, FS2 is actually the first big box PC game I've ever bought and it's finally united with FreeSpace senior.

Going for a replay of both games at some point, though can't do it yet. Stupid Audigy 2 drivers on my Win98SE rig have finally pissed me off enough to decide I need to get rid of it.

Had the Battlefield 2 expansion pack delivered today.

I've playing a lot of the base game, but never had tried the expansion previously. Better late than never I suppose.

Well, that was a good $13 spent.

At last, my bathroom remodeling is 99% done and I could finally move back. In the meantime my latest purchase arrived from Canada.

It's insane that this game is while not rare, the PC version usually costs as much if not more than when it was new. Sadly the key is not Steam compatible. I found one for 10CAD listed as the Xbox version and jumped on it before anyone else noticed. If I wouldn't get it now, then who knows how long do I have to wait before I find another not overpriced one. It still wasn't all that cheap, import costs rose a lot in the past couple of years (thanks, EU).

The disc has some nasty looking scratches, but the PowerISO surface test finishes without any bad or problem blocks and the game installs and plays without issues. It also has the manual.

I completely missed this game back in the day. Looking forward to playing it.

Bought these for my Pentium 4 retro PC.

Far Cry

I've only played Far Cry 3 so I'm really curious about the first installment.
Found it from a local seller, who sold it at 3€

Need for Speed: Underground

Never played Need for Speed so I decided to try Underground, which I believe is considered one of the best in the series.
Bought from eBay, new, at 4€: waiting for the shipping.

I can’t say I’m mad to now have a complete copy of Morrowind. Hopefully I’ll be able to find arena and daggerfall someday without paying $600.

I bought the Collector's Edition at the game's original release. I still have the poster map and the little pewter figurine.

I remember looking for genuine sound track CD's from various computer games some years ago.
And in the process ended up buying the full boxed Collector's editon of Morrowind myself, since that's where the CD seemed to be in all the listings.
This was before the crazy pricings started, I think I paid about $20 or less, and shipping the box from the US didnt' cost much more than sending only the CD . So luckily I decided to not just leave the game/box etc behind... 😄
Though I do remember passing up a boxed TES:Arena collectors deluxe edition at $100, which I then thought was way too much (just wanted the physical hint book).

Supreme Commander: Early release with manual. Installs and runs fine on my Vista machine. Also its key activated on Steam so two for the price of one and also got the Forged Alliance expansion as a bonus on Steam.

1nsane: Bestseller bargin bin version. I got this for my W98 machine, but It's on sick leave for now. The PowerISO surface test however says it's 100% fine.

Test Drive Unlimited: This one starts to become uncommon. As far as I know this was never available in the digital stores, so no surprise it can't be activated anywhere.

Diablo II Lord of Destruction expansion: Same as 1nsane.

Unreal Tournament III: CDProjekt release with cardboard outer box and artbook. Pretty luxurious for a non-collerctors edition version. They did this a lot back in the 2000s. Installs and plays fine. Its key also activates on Steam, so two for the price of one.

Powerslide: The only thing I knew about this game is that Phil likes to benchmark his builds with it. This one however surprised me a bit. The PowerISO surface test said that the disc is basically completely dead. Virtually all sectors had CRC errors so I've decided that I finally install the W8 drivers for my Prescott build I've set up for dual booting XP and W98SE months ago. It installs and runs fine. Probably some DRM quirk. I've heard certain games had some bad sector stuff for DRM.

Total Annihilation: It looks to be in good condition, but PowerISO says the discs have 1 problem sector each. It installs on my Prescott build, but throws an unreadable error message when launched. Maybe too modern for the game? I'll test it on a PIII later.
