here is my problem with dosbox 0.70 (running on vista ultimate)

using the default Dosbox configuration, i run it then i type :

mount c d:dosbox
(where dos stuff are stored)
c:
cd cmd
keyb fr (freedos keyb command) with keyboard.sys

=> now, when i try try to use mount command or imgmount command (mounting an iso image): it doesn't work (the syntax is correct and no error messages are displayed). if i simply type mount : nothing displayed too.

if i don't use keyb command, no problem.

any idea ?

thanks and sorry for my bad English.

Use keyb2.0 pre4, the current 2.0 release is known to be buggy.
Or completely get rid of the external keyb and use the dosbox-internal keyb.com

Is there anything special in that cmd directory?

I agree with WD. For me (Spanish keyboard), internal dosbox keyb works just fine. I just added a "keyb sp" line to the end of the [autoexec] section in dosbox.conf

i've tried the same thing on my other machine (pc under xp sp2) and there is no problem.
i'll try the internal keyb.com on my vista machine.

thanks
