Hi,

I found this board and trying to find a manual. I want to know about J7 J8 J18 J19 jumpers and why do I get “Display adapter failed” when I connected monochrome CRT? There was no such error with my LCD monitor. Strange… And please help to find an external battery parameters. This board has 4 pin connector for CMOS battery but I don’t know a voltage.

Can you post a picture of the whole board ? Those pics are good but not for identing the board....
Most boards need a 4.5 v external (3 xAA or AAA work) but a rare few need 6v external.

some early VGA cards use different pins (11 12) for monitor sense. Some monitors, plugs or even cables dont even connect those pins.
