I have this v1.06 motherboard that has some jumper wires and resistors to what appears to be pins B18 on both sockets. No other modifications to the board.

Does anyone know what this was for? I assume some modification (not factory) by someone at some point, but I can't find anything online about mods and pin B18.

I thin this is pin 17 A17 LINT0#. Probably factory fix, looks like pulldowns (resistor to ground). On P2B this pin goes only to ASUS branded sensors chip (controlling/reading fans voltges). Curiously on your picture the trace is length matched? and goes the opposite direction to top of the board near clock generator?
