The apostrophe key ' doesn't work on DOSBox 0.70, on either the command lines or any of the games that I play on it. I use Windows Vista and a regular keyboard. I have even tried binding the ' key to something else, but it still does not work.

I have read through all of the FAQs and other documentation, but I have not found what I need. Could anyone help? Please let me know.

Funny thing, though.... I use a US keyboard. And that doesn't work. I even tried to use your suggestion... and that didn't work either. You must have something different than me.

try with usescancodes=false in dosbox.conf

im having a very the same problem.i connot even mount because the "\"(backslash) key does not function..i tried the "usescancodes" in Dosbox, resulting in a "true".Im assuming i need this to be a false, but the "=" key is also not working.Ive even tried to use Windows onscreen keyboard with no luck..Any help is greatly appreciated as I really do miss Redneck Rampage.

BTW-Im also running Vista HP

Use the dosbox.conf file to change the usescancodes entry.
