I ran Railroad Tycoon Deluxe on my old laptop with no problems. My new laptop is wide screen with max resolution of 1280 x 1024. When I run Full Screen the 2K, Firaxis and Bink video banners run fine. Then the game runs in a small box in the center of the screen. I have tried changing the resolution in Windows to 1280 x 768 but no change. Can anyone tell me how to get it to work again full screen.

Core 2 CPU 1.66 Ghz
Windows XP SP2
Dosbox 0.65

Exactly which of the many resolution settings did you change?

Try windowresolution=...... and set output=overlay.

I changed the resolution in Windows on the laptop. I have not changed the DOSBOX settings. I was hoping that since it worked before and the only thing that changed was the laptop that I could get it to work again by making changes to the laptop.

So - you want to run it in full-screen mode on your laptop? So you switch to full-screen mode with ALT-ENTER, and the game appears in a little window in the center?

Sounds like a problem with your Windows video drivers. You can try updating to the latest drivers, you can try fiddling with the driver settings (like turning hardware acceleration off/on, up/down). Or you can try to change the output=.... setting in dosbox.conf.
