Well, I'm at my wits end trying to clean up Device Manager for a recent 98 SE install.

This Compaq Evo absolutely WILL NOT install the USB 2.0 controller driver.

I've thrown everything I can at it from the normal Compaq install utils, and I either don't have the correct driver or it is in a .CAT format instead of an .INF?

Device Manager shows it as an unknown "PCI Universal Serial Bus" with a nice yellow exclamation mark.

Hardware ID is: HKey_local_machine\enum\PCI\Ven_8086&Dev_24CD&subsys_00B90E11&REV_01\BUS_00&DEV1D&FUNC_07

Anyone have any ideas of where to find this inf?
