The .BAS is the source code in Basic, you do not flash sources.
Load the .HEX file in XGpro, select INTEL HEX in File Format section.

The .HEX encodes binary, but the file itself is the formatted text.
You shouldn't treat .hex as binary because the text does not represent the executable code, it encodes it. The flash programmer will decode text into proper binary when .hex file is loaded as .hex.

Matze79's Tandy Nano v1.1
=========================

Notes
-----
1.SPK output is used for connecting the system speaker.

2.The potentiometer is used for settting the output volume,
both for the internal mono Speaker-out (SPK) and the external
Stereo-out (J1).

3.Program Atmel TINY13A-PU with TINY13.HEX loaded as binary file.

4.Securing the custom slot bracket with the stereo jeck screw nut
may require an additional bigger metal ring.

5.The potentiometer must be set at ~30% output to approximately
match the input level of a sound card (MIC-In or Line-In).
See photo OUTPUT.JPG.

6.JP1 jumper selects I/O address for the card:
XT: 1-2 -> 0C0h
AT: 2-3 -> 2C0h
AT systems may not work when 0C0h address is used.
When using 2C0h, a port redirection utility is required.
See TNDY tool.

If you use 386+ and AT Setting you need Port redirection TSR.

TNDY TSR or latest Lotech TSR

i have no clue about this pack.

SIERRA AGI is a Interpreter for AGI Based Graphics Adventures, you need to use tandy patched AGI Files for running Games.

If the Card is on 0C0h many games work without patching.
Many also check if there is Tandy Machinebyte inside BIOS (not working then)
Or only work with Tandy Graphics enabled at the Same Time 😒
