I have followed the readme guide, but DosBox won't mount, it just says: directory c doesn't exist. It won't create directories either, it just says: unable to make: c.

I remember having DosBox one time before and everything worked fine then, so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.

Before you can mount anything you need to have created that anything outside of DOSBox.

To mount C:\Game, for example.
mount c c:\game

Since you didn't post the command you used I'm guessing you tried "mount c c" or something equally confusing.
