I've built a few XT-IDE myself. They all work fine but one. XT-IDE loads and can control an HDD when using the MB controller. But the integrated IDE port does not work. The very same ROM works fine on other cards so there must be something wrong with this one.

I don't see soldering issues so I'll have to assume one of the ICs is faulty. They all come from Aliexpress and I tested them all in the TL866II before installing them but we know the 866II is not super-accurate when it comes to test logic chips.

Looking at the schematics I see that the port gets its data from U1, U2 and U3. So maybe I shall begin from them?
