I have a P4 2.4 Ghz , 2GB Ram in a P4VXASD2+ (V5.0) motherboard with an old IDE HDD connect via flat cable to the board. What is the best possible upgrade for de disk? It is possible ( and worth it) to connect an SSD ? Will the system speed improve considerable or the ssd will slow down bye the pci bus to ATA like speeds?
