I got this from a local flea market a long time ago, because of it's size for a 'modem'. Anybody has more info on it and why was it deemed 'illegal' in Deutschland? https://oliverbetz.de/pages/Museum/PCs . Also it's missing a component (capacitor array i think) in the selected spot in the picture. Any idea about the missing part? Thank you!
