Debunked EAX games
At one point, all games supported by Creative's ALchemy were thought to use EAX, but that has since been debunked by a simple test process. It turns out that some of them just use DirectSound3D, without any EAX functionality. To be clear, ALchemy still helps when playing those titles on Windows Vista and up, by translating DS3D into OpenAL calls. Nonetheless, any games that don't actually use EAX have been removed from the relevant Vogons wiki list.
