I never know, until I started playing Wacky Wheels, that Windows XP has some funky screen control keys set up to flip the image around. It would seem that someone at MS thought (unlikely) it would be really cool to create key combinations of Alt-Ctrl along with the arrow keys to flip your screen sideways or entirely upside down.

If you want to go try this be prepared; it will also change your screen resolution to 480x640 and rearrange your desktop icon placements (another annoying lovely Windows feature).

I want to know if there is some way in DOSBOX to disable these keystroke sequences. Any suggestions?

Your idea that it may be a video card issue helped. I researched this a little further and found out I can disable HOT KEYS within my Advanced video driver display settings.
