Hi,

Played Terra Nova years ago - great game. Trying to get it to run with dosbox using the DOG interface.

When install is about to start (after sound configured) get a meassge saying 41 mbs needed and there are 0 mbs on this drive - choose another drive.

I figure I am missing something obvious, but 2 hours of hunting around for info has not helped ... anyone know what I have to do?

In the DOSBOX CLI you have to enter -freesize XXX (ex: mount c c:\games -freesize 900) because by default DOSBox only shows 110 meg as free).

Don't know how this is handled in DOG.

Yeah I see what you mean and went looking ... sort of a dumb a$$ moment - I hadn't specified on the main menu of the DOG thing which game start drive to use.

Anyway the install crashed complaining about some sort of free memory problem.

Sorry I'm not more tech on this.

Progress though - maybe a smaller install ... (testing) ... it worked! I've got a really tiny Terra Nova happening!

Thanks for getting me to look in right place ... now I just need to fix the slightly jerky sound!
