I am going back through some of my old boards.

This one used to work but when removed from a case sometimes it would boot others it wouldn't.
Now that I got a diagnostic card I would like to try track down the issue.

So at this stage I know that pressing down on the cpu and the area where the cpu can progress the diagnostic codes further, but the furthest I get is

FF E3 for a ami bios FF means flash programming successful restarting the bios, it sounds promising
E3 for ami bios is blank in the instruction.

I get no video output but this board is definately not totally dead, reset also works.

Anybody have any ideas?
