I use disc images on a daily basis for testing different stuffs. Recently, I have been seeing a new type of error, the disc gets unmounted on its own. That day, I was installing Interstate 76 on WinXP and the disc keeps getting disconnected at a partiular spot.

Then today, I would be executing a 16-bit file through OTVDM and it would unmount the disc.

Yet I can't follow some games' "Copy all CD stuff" method from forums or PCGW because of this.

Any ideas on this?
