I looked but only some references to third party books (but no PDF's) . I will keep looking but it may take a long time
I do feel your pain as I wanted a manual for Microsoft Word for Windows (first edition, 1988) decades ago when messing with Windows 2 and 3, and stumbled on a MS hardback book with 3.5" disks for very cheap.
added: picture of my book and disks, I already had the 5.25" disks. And no, cannot scan a 475 page hardbound book at this time in case anyone is wondering....
Sorry to go a bit OT but those old original books are very rare.....I will keep looking.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Just found a Works for Windows manual in my stacks of old books, is copyright 1992 Vtech and Microsoft. Wonder how close the DOS and Windows versions were back then......
