I am looking for a compatible replacement for the SGRAM part number KM4132G112Q-C for my TNT2 Ultra. Can anyone confirm if the KM4132G112Q-7 is equivalent?

Following up on this. I found the datasheet which clarifies that the "C" part number is 183Mhz, whole the "7" part number is only 143Mhz.

I wonder if the K4G323222M-PC50 would work as well.

Hmmm to bad KM4132G112Q-5 (200mhz) are so hard to find as they would be best and yes your card runs the ram at 185Mhz so you do need -C or faster.
I cannot tell if K4G323222M-PC50 would work even though pinout appears correct on quick look....
