Hi all,
I have an Alienware Area 51 7500 and looking to add a second GFX card for SLI. However there aren’t any additional 6 pin power plugs and I need 2.

1. Is it possible to use adapters? For example can I use an adapter from the each of the 2x existing 6 pin plugs to create 4x 6 pin plugs? There are adapters on the market place to do this.
The power supply is 750W and the GFX cards are NVidia GeForce 285 GTX’s.

2. If I need to replace the power supply any recommendation?

3. I noticed while I was in there that some on the caps have blown up! I can’t find a user manual let alone a service manual for this PC. Is there a place where I can download it?

4. If I’m doing all the above I might as well replace the CPU heat sink/cooler, any recommendations, something a quieter I’m thinking.
