Hello, everyone!
I'm at a loss here. My PS/2 mouse works fine when connected directly to my DFI K6XV3+ motherboard, but it isn't detected at all (does not show up in device manager and does not work with dos drivers) when plugged into this KVM-KP24 KVM switch: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81UgyQNFG … ,1000_QL80_.jpg.

Things I've tried:

1) Different KVM port: not detected.
2) Different PC (Tualatin build): works fine.
3) Intellimouse driver (as this switch emulates a MS mouse): not detected.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Cheers!

I wonder if maybe it is using usb protocol and a usb hub or something like that and counting on the keyboard to be dual protocol? But that doesn’t make sense as it plugs into a ps/2 port…

Odd….

Wonder what happens if you adapt it to usb and plug it into a usb port on the ss7? Na, probably too crazy to work 🤣

Yeah, the keyboard works fine, so if it had issues with the protocol, then it wouldn't work I guess...
