Well disk image support has been implemented by canadacow with real
DOS in mind. Mounting them along with the dosbox-internal DOS is only
usable as far as file copying, not cheating around some OS limitations
(5 open files).

Well, I have some "serious" use for Win 3.11, but this is not the point. It is that I want to use Win 3.11 without any limitations which I would have if I just ran Win 3.11 from an ISO or whatever (e.g. I can't save anything), PLUS I want to play my good old DOS games before I use Windows or afterwards. But this is impossible if the game cannot find the CD-ROM.
