BlueSCSI Ultra - Wide 68 Pin is now an option. The Ultra Wide negotiates to 40 MB/s but you have to overclock with bluescsi.ini to 20 MT/s (Wide is 16 bits so that equals 40 MB/s)
See https://github.com/BlueSCSI/BlueSCSI-v2/wiki/ … ast20-OverClock
The Ultra Narrow negotiates to 16 MB/s.

I got both, Ultra Narrow and Ultra Wide, and so far I am pleased with them. Especially because it has CD-ROM audio with the addon board, and you can switch CD from command line using SCSITB.EXE.
But the perhaps most notable feature is, images on exFAT, which are ideal to work with in Linux using commands like "losetup" & "partx".
All CUE/BIN goes into a single "CD3" folder on the exFAT which is a far better solution than adding CD images to a huge DOS drive.
The SCSI controllers I use are:
Adaptec ASC-29160 64-bit PCI card
Adaptec ASC-39160 64-bit PCI card
Adaptec AHA-2940U2W 32-bit PCI card
These install a drive into BIOS, have INT13 support, and CD-ROM support in DOS with a driver.

CD-ROM support with SHSUCDX.COM from https://github.com/adoxa/shsucd
NOTE: Setting up CD-ROM in DOS with MSCDEX.EXE has compatibility issues when using BlueSCSI
Tested on SE440BX Pentium II & ABIT AB-SM5 Pentium MMX where the BIOS is updated for direct boot to SCSI drive.
Make sure to check https://bluescsi.com/docs/Compatibility for controller card compatibility and tips. You can also edit the page and add missing information.
