Hi! I've recently picked up this IBM PS/1 2011.

As expected, the Dallas battery didn't work any more, so I got it replaced with Necroware's NWX287 RTC module.

The PS/1 started up. I changed the time and date but realised that the floppy drive was still not detected in the configuration utility. Also, the RAM upgrade module was not being detected any more.

While booting, the floppy LED lights up for a second and then nothing.

Does anyone have an idea on what could be the issue here? The mouse and keyboard need a recap, maybe this floppy drive too?
