My ArcadeFX Voodoo 1 suddenly started having texture corruption and I'm hoping someone can tell me if the problem is the TMU or the memory based on these pictures. A year ago I had to replace two capacitors on it and I have no idea if the replacement capacitors are actually correct so I accept that my shoddy repair job may have slowly fried it. I've also been running it with SST_GRXCLK set to 60 but with double heatsinks and a case fan on it to handle the heat.

Voodoo cards solder connections are is getting crusty after all those years. Its most likely bad/cracked joint. You can test by squeezing different chips with your fingers while restarting the game. tldr: resolder main chips leg by leg with fresh solder and good flux.
