I have a Windows ME install on a Pentium MMX 200MHz with 128MB of RAM. It's got a SoundBlaster 16 with a WaveBlaster card(X2GS) attached, which after some driver finagling I got to work. However, I'm noticing that there is no midi mapper in Windows ME. In Windows 95 and 98/SE there is a MIDI tab in the Sounds and Multimedia(equivalent) Control Panel app. In Windows ME there is no such tab. I can select MIDI output devices just fine in the Audio tab but I cannot change the midi mapping. Attached is a screenshot of this, and the available MIDI devices.
