So, reordering some motherboards, I selected one as the next board to try, it is an ASUS M3A, an AM2 board, which I repaired some time ago, replacing some (swollen) capacitors, this board if perfectly functional, could be used as an Internet PC (secondary), I actually already have an i5 as an Internet PC, but a second workstation could be useful, or just as a spare PC.
To start and test this MB, I recovered an Athlon LE 1600, a 2.2 GHz with 1 MB cache, it was in an Acer PC updated to Phenom, I have various RAM, which I can use temporarily, only for the purpose of running the PC, I have some for VGA, they are cheap cards, but for testing the MB they are fine.
Before starting it, I need to clean the area between RAM and inductor, there is some oily dirt, I don't know what to use, but maybe I would use alcohol?
