Is that the actual card or a stock picture? The card should be repairable since it's booting, displaying and the mess on the display looks like a RAM and/or ISA bus connection fault.

In your case, clean the ISA connector pins and check for loose legs on the Trident chip, yours might be fixable just by soldering loose legs on the VGA chip.

make sure you arent using CF in CF to IDE converter, if not then check if all pins are connected firmly, then replace ram on the card
