So found this:

Pentium 4 1.5 GHz
256 MB RAM
Ati Rage 128 PRO Ultra AGP

Nice eh?I changed the Ati Rage with a GeForce 2 MX 400 in AGP.

I DID make it clear.Anyway let's forget about it.So I'll just try switching to older forceware.I think the one I installed was 80.xx
But I think it has to do something with the directX

Well I did get some progress now.NOLF is textured now but whenever I try to change resolution in-game it crashed.
Fifa 2002 runs but I can't see anything it's just a blackscreen, but I can hear the videos playing and the music too!

And in the end (almost) everything is fixed 😁
NOLF runs great.
Half Life now plays normally.
System Shock 2 now works.

Except Fifa 2002,in which although it loads and I can hear the videos playing and EVEN skip them pressing ESC.Then if I press ESC I can access the main menu but I can't see a thing it's just a black screen.

I tried enabling and disabling Direct 3D and Direct Draw, but nothing happened.

I installed FIFA 2002 (not World Cup) on a gaming machine with the following:

Windows 98 SE (DirectX 9.0c)
Pentium III 933 MHz CPU
Soyo SY-7VCAE Motherboard
GeForce4 Ti-4200 (Detonator Driver Version 45.23)

The game seems to run fine, so you might try a late Detonator Driver and see if that makes a difference.

There is a known issue with 2.0 GHz or faster processors (they simply aren't supported), but you are apparently well under that cap.

Good luck!

That's what I had in account when I got this PC.The 1.5 Ghz processor, because on my old Celeron 2.4 the game crashed. But that's another story,I'll try what you said.

EDIT

Thank you it worked !
