Not so long ago a guy having an issue with DOSBox (I think, I couldn't find the topic back) was asked something like "In the end, what would the purpose of programming DOS games nowadays?"
The purpose of such is easy to guess but I always forgot to reply to that message, the anser is that especially now that DOS is unsupported and snobbed it would be cool to have brand new games for your old PC.
Happy new year!

I think some guys at the remakes compos still program using ms-dos. Still, I think ms-dos is quite dead now. I might be wrong though.

Who knows... the guys from CEZ have been releasing games for 8-bit computers for a couple years now.

I don't know if they ever plan to jump to 16-bit computers, but if they do I'll be among the first to download their games.

Check their website at http://computeremuzone.com
