Hi guys first a HUGE thanks for this incredible emulator.
You really dont know what it means to me .

Now to make it simple .On the win platform
i dont seem to be able to switch from timed=true to timed=false on command line.Every times i do that i lose my joystick on my games.
It seems to loose all inputs .Setting it in dosbox.conf work well but i would like to do it from batch files.Am i missing something ?

Also i have seen in the readme file the possibility to change
the dosbox.conf for each games through (config -set "joystick timed=false") but it dont seem to work. Either i dont understand how to work with it or i miss something .

My system is a dual core intel 2.4
with xp and a good olg gravis game pad pro usb and i am using dosbox 0.72 .
I tried that with a few games witch reqire both false and true as a value.
Does it ring a bell ?
Thanks again for beign able to play Wing Commander again

The joystick options are not runtime-reconfigurable.

I guess i will stop looking
.One more question though is this worty to be asked in requested feature or its totally pointless ?

it would be more of a reminder. I know that feature isn't supported currently. Just never came to coding support for it.
