Any time Crashday crashes, Windows also with itself disables the Visual Effects as seen in Advanced system properties menu. The effects are recovered when Windows is restarted at least.

Any way that I can prevent this from happening, except not playing the game?

I built:

Tried stopping and starting Themes in services.msc. The behaviour continues even after theme is reapplied

Aside from figuring out all the reg keys to disable/enable the features, I'm out of ideas
